Map Pebbles

I always enjoy collecting interesting pebbles and stones from my adventures. Here's an easy craft idea to transform your pebbles.



Materials
  • Stones or pebbles
  • Mod Podge
  • Map
  • Scissors


    • World map wrapping paper

    I found a lovely sheet of World map wrapping paper but you could also use pieces of real old maps. Sheets of music or pretty wrapping paper would also work well.

    Method
  • Cut a piece of map to fit onto a part of your stone or pebble.



  • Apply a layer of Mod Podge to the map and stick it to the pebble squeezing out any bubbles and pressing down the edges.



  • Allow to dry then apply several more layers of Mod Podge over the map piece and edges to seal it.





    • Display individually or make a pile and display in a clear jar or simple short vase.
