Change the look of a wardrobe or set of drawers by decorating cupboard knobs and replacing the old ones. I made these world map cupboard knobs for a set of fitted wardrobes with several doors. Each of the knobs feature special places we have visited.

You will need
Plain wooden cupboard knobs (preferably with quite a flat top)
Paint
Mod podge
Map (I used a sheet of world map wrapping paper)
Scissors

Method
Paint the wooden knobs in the colour of your choice. I chose a smokey blue.

Cut out circles from the map to fit onto the top of the cupboard knob.

Apply Mod Podge to the back of the map circle and press onto the top of the cupboard knob.

Paint several coats of Mod Podge over the whole cupboard knob to seal.
When dry, screw the map cupboard knob onto the wardrobe door.
