Split Pea Vase Centerpiece

Create an elegant and simple centerpiece easily using materials you already have on hand! Split peas are readily available at any grocery store or in your pantry and add a great touch of green to a table.

Materials:
Split peas
Vase
Candle

Method:
Rinse and sort your split peas. I found that there were quite a few yellow peas in my package and I did not want any extra debris so the rinsing seemed necessary.

Let dry. I put mine on a baking tray and put them in the oven after cooking a roast to let them dry right out.
Pour into a vase.



Vase

Put in your candle.
Adourn your table!

These would be a great budget friendly and easy wedding centerpiece!
