These candy cane name holders add a touch of festive spirit to a table set for Christmas lunch. They're quick and cheap to make but very effective.

Materials
3 candy canes per name holder
Elastic band
Ribbon
Small card

Method
Tie two candy canes together by tightly binding them with an elastic band. The curly parts should face away from each other a little.

Now insert the third candy cane through the elastic with the curly part facing away from the other two. You are making a little tripod to keep the name card holder stable.

Tie a little ribbon around the candy canes to hide the elastic band.

Cut a piece of card to rest in the curls, write the name and place in.
